I made it with alcool and i didn't get burned (without any gloves). It's real.
Remember: keep moving the ball (don't stop) and DO NOT touch the orange flames. I turn on the dark light that i have in my bedroom to show you i touching the flames in the dark. Tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzkNI4YIU2o Have fun and pay atention, Miguel Castro.

It depends on the amount of alcool. But i usualy use one time. Refil it. Use again.
