I do not appreciate the trend that black men end up being with white women because they stereotype all black women to be what your cap'n save a ho song describes. I will agree with you to a degree. Here is what I have seen. As a result of environment change, many things that BM are exposed to are considered too "white" even with intellectual black women. Someone on youtube recently made a comment about the fact that many BM are educated in "white" colleges and therefore leave a lot to be desired by educated black women. I agree with this completely. I bought the Eagles "Hotel California" cd. Many black people like that song. However, many black people are not familiar with the rest of the songs on the cd. You start playing the rest of the cd around some educated black women and they will look at you like you are crazy. Now I know that is "lightweight" but...part of that environment change, many times, involves picking up things that "black people" just don't do...educated or not.
