The song comes from the poem "The Lady of Shalott" by Lord Tennyson. The poem's about a woman locked in a tower who dies when she tries to escape for her love, Sir Lancelot. It's a good poem, so look it up. =) I'd also like to thank a certain one of my professors for showing this video as part of
her class. =)
