Its a jail for Israeli soldiers who either broke an army law and had a trial.Serving 3 years, the time added from keleh 6 is not counted to the 36 months.Some people who want to get out of their unit or out completely make problems and go there.From release they are re-considered for thei former unit or not.Luckily I didn't spend any time there,but it quite easily happens.
