Was John Peters crazy? First of all, Superman's costume is famous! How would audiences relate him to the comics, by that curl in his hair? Secondly, I seem to recall for the old Superman movies with Chris Reeve where they said "you'll believe a man can fly." now how do you make this better than that and NOT HAVE HIM FLY? and the spider? The closest giant animal that Superman ever fought was a Giant gorilla named Titano and he only works in the comics. he doesn't get superman, while smith does.

Love this segment, so funny. You know I read the Superman Lives script from Kevin Smith and even with those crazy demands Peters made, it was still a pretty good script.(better then that stupid Supermlan Returns movie)
