We will be out of sight. No matter who wins this election they will not pull the troops out. There will be some excuse. Hillary is saying we will keep 75,000 troops there. Like our base in Cuba, out of sight.

McCain's support is at 45%, despite the fact he is clueless and wants to continue the Iraq war. He simply has to say that he will end the Iraq war and bingo he wins the election. He could say it's not a flip-flop but he just changed his mind because conditions on the ground are improving and the Generals said it was okay to start pulling out - most Americans have no clue so this will be acceptable. Bush sr KNEW what a mess it would be if he removed Saddam which is why he didnt . He said in an old speech that there was no reason to remove Saddam and he was correct however I am sure like MANY Dems you critisized him for it . As Dems are as full of BS as Reps.

I am a veteran NO politician/party has the Veteran nor active soldiers vote. Not any more they dont.
If I was going to guess I would say in 08 MOST veterans will go Dem party for first time in History and active military can go either way (most active military dont vote). the Rep party has become a war mongering never served in military Neocon party and the amount of people who have left will shock you ESP Veterans have left.
