And umm, excuse me but in music, the term "flat" does NOT mean "ordinary" or "blends with other singers" or whatever. It means "below the true or proper pitch" (look it up). So if her voice was "flat" she WOULDN'T be able to blend with the other singers. Quite the opposite in fact. So it's by learning not to sing "flat" that she has become able to sing with them. :) And to do that, she needed...

I won't give away too much, but I'm almost 9 years older than you, and have been playing guitar since you were like 5 and took singing lessons when you were like 2 or 3. So I know my subject.
