Here's what this is from.
Ive had this on VHS since 1994.
It was a satellite show for record store buyers shot @ 5150 live in 1993.
It was used to promote the live cd/vhs "RHRN".
The first part of the show was VH taking ?'s from people on the phone.
Then 3 suites came out and talked about the cd and vhs tapes.
Then VH walked into the studio and played 2 songs.
"Dreams" and Won't get fooled again".
I still have the vhs tape but im sure someone has this whole thing on youtube.

You can appreciate playing it like that, but it loses so much quality, and what made it, IT. The lack of the piano/synth part, combined with the vocals make this version utterly inferior. What interpretation? If you want interpretation, and not copy-catting another band, listen to the sample with Pete Townshend singing it BEFORE it went to Roger Daltry. Roger adds so much to the vocals.

An amazing band did a spontaneous cover of a classic song. Give them credit. It wasn't perfect, but it was great considering that is was something just improvised at the spur of the moment!
