This film was so pretentious it made me want to vomit! I love the Beatles but some of their naive political beliefs were so infantile. The whole era, other than some GREAT music, really screwed up this country, and by effect, all of western society.

Where do I start? The "anything goes," "if it feels good, do it," attitude that has brought about the rude and self-centered behaviors manifested today, including the entitlement attitude that has brought down our cities with its corruption of the work ethic (in regards to working and learning in school).
Also the socialist/communist leanings of that era were misguided and damaging - more lofty ideas that sound good but do not pan out when applied in the real world (20-30 million dead).
