leo, im the phisics teacher at barren county high school, and the reason that the wheels are going up the ramp instead of back down is because they had a potential energy in them, and when the wheel hits the others the potential turns into kenetic. thus rolling it up the ramp. i hope that answers your question.

Sillies... the wheels roll up the ramp because there's a rubber belt underneath them. I think it's attached to the first wheel. When the first wheel rolls off to the left, it pulls the belt, causing the second wheel to roll up. The second wheel pulls another belt that's under the third wheel, etc... Watch the last wheel as it falls off and you'll see the belt.
