The framerate on this seems faster then whatever recording device you currently use for your videos. But on the other hand, the video quality on this isn't as great, not bad though.

wow! i have this same webcam. I am able to see myself on skype and on arcsoft webcam companion and i don't look nearly as clear as you do. did u adjust anything before recording this video?

What a GREAT driverless webcam for Mac users. It was the first to completely implement hardware-based autofocus and light management. Logitech's new Quickcam Vision Pro for Mac is the only other UVC webcam to rival it.

no. it's quite independent of the graphics card. it could work without a graphics card at all but it gets a little hard to see what you are doing that way :)

to me the colors look very webcammy. as in bad..
and the grotesque long exposure time that causes the drunk slomo look. the overblown forehead that melts into a faded yellw. try to compare to a cheap dv cam recording of the same.
this seems to me to be more of the same garbage sold to the masses because they can get away with it piss poor quality. to be blunt. in 2008 it should be much better.
