Keep on learning. I have learned so much here on YouTube. Look up green smoothies. Beginners start with bananas, other fruits (apples, pears, etc.) and green leafy vegetables (kalem chard, spinach, romaine). The bananas cover up the taste of the greens. Add Ice if you like a cold smoothie. Best wishes

greens, greens, greens! I combine greens with high quality fats and oils so I stay full and satisfied....too much fruit can leave you hungrier than ever, especially if you're exercising...good luck!

Hi! I`m a vegan ... ( 5 months ago by kushbooq)
Hi! I`m a vegan living in Japan and your groccery bill sounds like mine! :P Anyway, I am going to suggest staying away completely from the white meats like chicken and pork, the way in which the meat is produced is cruel enough but from the health side all that staturated fat isn`t good either. For the amino acids you might want to consider a little fish. Here in Japan I get little choice with that, but small amounts are very good for you. Hope this helps.

How about sushi? It's fish, yeah, but when food is raw, it has more nutrients and minerals.
Soy is good too,
Any kind of legume actually.
