This is ridiculous. Regardless of the fact that the flag was above another 1, he didn't care about the legalities. He was pissed because of the Mexican flag. And i don't see anything wrong with that flag. I think he is a racist and thinks that it represents 'Mexico taking over America'. That is bullshit. Mexicans should be proud of their heritage and fly flags. Just like Irish pubs fly Irish flags and pizzerias(spelling?) fly Italian flags. Racist redneck's oppinions don't matter nowadays.

The flag wasn't just above "another one" It was above the flag of THIS country, the one I assume you live in and should be proud of. You call the man Racist because he defends the flag and law of his country. Pizzerias don't fly the Italian flag over the American flag. Italians don't have a number to press on the phone to hear their language nor do Germans, French, Polish, Russians or any other immigrant peoples, only Spanish! Is that Racist?

Have you seen this full article? The Mexican man came out and appologised. He didn't realise it was illegal and only put them both up to show he loved both countries. He never recieved an appology though for all the attention and flag ripping he got. And yes im aware it was the American flag, but it was unintentional as i found out, just like i presumed. But this man just HAD to expect the worse.

What are the requirements for a greencard? And honestly i don't know about La Rasa, but going by the meaning and i'm preuming they are in America and are a gang, i would say yes. La Rasa is a political group here in the US they were very active in the Illegal Immigrant marches 2 years ago and they support rights for "Illegal Immigrants" You can look them up on the net. The man defended his flag, if the man in the store didn't know the law that is his problem, Ignorance of the law is not an excuse as any Judge or Lawyer will tell you in court. And I do agree, La Rasa Is a gang. Please take the time to read all the Mexican laws on Immigration too, I couldnt post the web page but if you google Mexican Immigration laws you will find it easy.
