Brazilian troops' mission in Haiti is a police action. It didn't enter into a RED HOT COMBAT ZONE like Iraq or Afghanistan. Rules of engagement are different. Battlefiend conditions are different between a police action mission versus combat mission. Brazilian troops need practice ground combat experience, and President Lula should provide that to them for the good of the Brazilian Army to have real practical experience they can learn from and draw on to develop tactics and doctrines.

There are videos of them killing children and women and they still claim the babies they killed where collateral damages. all this for 535 million dollars a year. 1.5 million dollars a day.
