You, WPW, are a scumbag and a degenerate. This video is, at best, tacky and inappropriate. There is a bizarre incongruity between the subject matter and the presentation. If the singer wanted to show off her body, why pick a solemn Christian prayer to the Mother of God? There is no shortage of music suited to that purpose. I hate to reflexively always be naming the Jew, but really like to know who produced this thing. They certainly weren't Christians.

Personally, I don't think she's trying to be sexual. I'm not sure it works, but I think she's trying to be pure and female. My only problem is that little girl voice singing something that needs some quality and at least a little volume instead of electronic overproduction. If you want a pure simple voice that can handle this, try someone like Kathleen Battle.
