This looks a lot like TMNT '87, and as awesome as that was, it's really really really not Speed Racer. Oh well, the theme song's really catchy. :3

I don't care what others say, this is the Speed Racer i actually grew up on in my youth. It was on tv and it was new to me and oddly enough its my basis for anything Speed Racer. The car in this series is my original Mach 5 (i like it better than the actual original) it looks more modern. Thanks for the video post.

the younger people remember THIS speed racer. i mean, the origanl ORIGANAL was the 60's. how could u possibly remember it if u r an adult, or ur parents introduced u 2 it? or if u saw it on cartoon network. i like the origanal one better. why was this americanized version taken off the air after only a few episodes? NOBODY WATCHED IT!!!

ANOTHER speed racer remake. great. havent we had enough? people, u may have seen this before u saw the origanal, but this is NOT speed racer. first off, sprittle isnt even speed's brother! he's trixie's!!! or is that in another one? anyways, trixie is blonde, there are ALIENS, ALIENS in this one!! how cheap is that!! in the origanal, speed had thugs, race-fixers, NORMAL EVIL PEOPLE!!!
