You do a lot of little samples of work for your videos, like one baby booty, a star, a stitch, a pom pom, one granny square, a crochet rose, etc etc. What do you do with all these little pieces of work? Do you keep them? Do you undo it all after the video? Or you just throw them out? I'm really curious. It must take out a lot of your time to show us all of this, thank you so much nonetheless, we all learn a great deal!

I keep the granny squares for afghans. The pom-pom was put on a baby cap. I will try to sell the adult beanies, baby beanies, beret, reggae cap and booties. I save the embellishments like flowers and leaves to put on hats or granny squares. I did rip out this bead tutorial. I will rip out some of the smaller pattern stitch examples. The rest I have saved if I need them in a tutorial for future use.

I think it is a G hook. If you wanted to duplicate the demonstration you can use almost any size hook appropriate for your yarn or thread. You would need to alter the starting chain depending on what thread/yarn you are using. I can see this as a thread bracelet with beads but thread does not show up well on video so I stick with yarn.

Ok i just have to tell ya it looks great wish you could see it... but it is green and red ch. 22 and a double ch. 2 and in each ch stitch. when yuo get to the end turn and ch. 2 and dc in each stitch untill you get your desired length and width. i used double strands. which made the pot holder sturdy. i sc on the border all the way around. at this time i cut my yarn allowing enough length so that i could start to strand my beads. the rest was easy to follow you should try this it is beautiful.
