The unjust suspension of RabidApe! It has come to my attention that the user "RabidApe" has been suspended on what appears to be a copyright violation on behalf of "Creation Science Evangelism". The irony here is that Creation Science Evangelism has stated that none of their work is copyrighted!
They say this both in their speeches: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gd33m... And on their website: http://www.creationscienceevangelism.... The site claims: "None of the materials produced by Creation Science Evangelism are copyrighted, so feel free to copy those and distribute them freely." (Last
paragraph) Even so, the site does have a copy right notice on it, which was apparently added later. At worst, this is confusing and misleading, and as a result RabidApe's ban is unjust, as he was mislead, intentionally or unintentionally, in the same way many others were! RabidApe does NOT deserve
to be suspended because he had no intention of breaking copyright law. Please re-instate his account as soon as possible! It has also been shown that other videos, some of which Creation Science Evangelism has no legal right to claim copyright on, have been unjustly taken down, as pointed out in th
is video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Tzmkj... This is an abuse of copyright claim and should be corrected! Please re-instate RabidApe's account and look into what other video's and users were unjustly affected! The vidoes in question were advertised as free-use! If this has changed, then the c
omplaining party should have given all users fair warning to take the videos down. RabidApe and others were given no warning or chance to take down the supposed copyrighted videos! Removing the videos is one thing, but banning RabidApe is simply unnecessary!

Amen, VineRhyme. I agree with you 100% about what you said in this video. I don't agree with RabidApe on a number of issues, but banning his account is not the answer. Fair use is fair use. Great video.

I don't know who RabidApe is, but I agree with you regarding censorship of opposing viewpoints. It is no wonder that some on the liberal side think that Christians are "fascists" when we try to suppress viewpoints other than our own. Such was the mentality of the church of the middle ages.

He did violate some things by giving wrong information to the viewers. He didn't include much about what K.H talked about l8er in the video. Its like cutting out part of a news paper to form a word.

I'm truely shocked that Creation Science Evangelism people did that. I thort those guys could take some attacks I thort thats what hovind takes all the time thats why I respected the man.
That can't be right..... copyright? They say its not copyrighted? Only the likes of benny hinn do that. I'm shocked with them.

You're absolutely right on the money! God can defend himself. The truth needs not to suppress opposition, it reveals itself in the midst of it. It's one thing to block someone on one's own channel for harassment and chaos, but it's quite another to get someone banned on their own channel because of opposition, whether they did wrong or not. RabidApe's account suspension was indeed unjust. We are not called to do such things as Christians because God has already won the battle. God bless you! ;)

Yeah CSE...Don't do to RapidApe as the muslims did to VenomFang...It's just not polite...It encourages hate towards us...We love them and we want to show them there wrong...We should be the last people trying to "cover up" the evidence...Because the evidence is so far on our side that its just ridiculus...Don't start using cheap tactics when you go belligerent against Atheists, however...It's just not right and unGodly as Jason said...
