| No there wasn't problems, they only had the race map done on the SST, they didn't have the street and sport mapping done yet. Thats not a problem its just what they said it was a delay. I would much rather them get the map rite and waite a few weeks than get it with bad fuel maps. In the end though the maps run too rich. You can get 100 horse and 100 foot of torques just off a retune. |

| I love manuals too, they are great fun, but once you get older, once you go to work everyday in bumper to bumper traffic and you gotta buy groceries for your family every weekend, but you still wanna ride in an evo, the MR looks good, not a true manual, a twin clutch auto with no torque converter, but at least you get to smoke all the other manual drivers out there:) |

| I think the older boy racer grown up driver with bad traffic commutes who still want a kickass car will go for the MR, I know I like it more just because of the 'precision shifting" factor the twin clutch offers, I think the only problem it might have is that of VW's DSG twin clutch, you have to take it to the dealer to perform a tranny tune-up every 15,000 miles or so. Other than that I can't see any other problems. |

| I totally agree with you. I have an 05 350Z with full Nismo upgrades, and I`m looking into selling it and buying one of these 2 cars. I'm leaning towards the EVO MR. I'm getting older, late 30's, and am looking for something more practical that I can drive to work, four doors, and can carry more stuff, and can still kick ass. |

| The Evo looks good on posters and websites, but in real life...it doesn't. Its way too short and stubby and to be honest, the car just looks fat. Not nearly as sleek and sharp as Mitsubishi would have you believe. The STi doesn't look that stunning in real life either, although I will admit it does look better than the Evo. If I had to spend ~$30K on a new performance car, it'd go to the new Camaro SS hands down. Just my two cents. |
