Frank is promoting bigger government. Making comments like " the state can't protect you from air pollution. First of all it's not the federal governments job to protect us from air polution. I wonder what franks response would be to "chemtrails". It's not the Federal Governments job to compete for Industry. This is a state by state issue taken by the people through free market.True conservatism is for smaller government and noninterventionalist foreign policy. But Franks does not vote that way.

There are (classical) libertarian policies being proposed in a lot of states these days. Check out the proposed legislation in a state House near you. You'll see bigger government policies vs more libertarian policies. (Almost as if the politicians have schizophrenia.)
A few years ago, all of the proposed legislation was all about bigger government. period. End of story.

Hemp IS marijuana. Its literally the SAME plant (indian hemp plant/cannabis sativa), but a different part of it. Hemp is the fibrous, woody stalk material, and Marijuana is the resinous, budding tops/flowers of the plant.
Hemp farming isnt illegal here because its a relative of marijuana- it literally IS the same plant.
