This is the most pathetic attempt at parkour i have ever seen. This is not parkour, parkour takes STAMINA. This is just a bunch of kids running around climbing things. well, people are getting a bit to honest you guy. I'd just say you guys are trying and props for that. But it is ovious to me that you have not condition enough to do some of the things you are trying to do. Focus on stregnth conditiong and technique for the next 3 week and try it again, you'll be doing better and see what I am talking about. I have some conditioning tutorials you can check out.
