jeeeeeeez leave her alone. This is her own interpretation, shes not trying to be etta james not ella fitzgerald, shes singing a cover that is her own interpretation. If you dont like it dont listen to it but it you come into these comment responses dissing her then expect to get rorted because quite obviously the majority of the comments will be from adoring fans. She is talented. id like to see you do better. Her ornamental vocals are almost equivalent to a drum solo.if youve got it flaunt it.

I totally agree, she way over did the song. If you ever hear Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Etta James, Sarah Vaughan, they sing the song the way it should be. I understand that you don't want to copy the others but you have to respect the version and sing it the way it is supposed to be. All that other stuff Christina did was almost butchering the song. Christina is talented enough for her not to do those over top and unnecessary voice overs.

The beauty of At Last is the song gracefulness and simplicity. Etta James' version is the most well known and THE STANDARD. I understand you have to make the song of your own but Christine's version seems forceful and lacking beautiful smooth tone.
