Actual music and dancing start about 30 seconds in. This is what happens when there's a wedding between people from Putnam County and Darke County, Ohio. Hog Trough dance using the "Evolution of Dance" comedy routine, with a few creative edits. Add in two guys with no rhythm and a few gallons of alcohol and it is bound to be entertaining. There's a music bed placed underneath the actual video because the DJ didn't have the music on loud enough inside for the "performers" to hear very well. Turned it up for them towards the end after repeated insistence. But lack of being able to hear the music explains lots of the lulls for the first two minutes or so of the "dance." Enjoy.
