in this case, boromir has his father's affection and respect, and faramir has neither
but then boromir is also in a really hard position: he has to live up to his father's expectations and it's not his fault denethor likes him better

Its too sad that those two didn't get more screen time, which they deserved. Their storyline could have been explored much more in depth and it would have made the movie better.

if you watch the extendet edition there is a little bit more story. but what do you want you can make a 3 hour movie about al the charakters in the book. but you are right there should be more about boromir and faramir. and the battle of amon hen the should have filmed more of boromir fighting. but botum line the movie is great

I love this pair. Oh, the gorgeous angst. I understand both of their POV as to different people I was like Boromir and others made me feel like Faramir. Sexy men, great song, and a very good job making the video!
