but this doesnt actually "teach" anything. it was just a practice routine first off, doing that in a fight, your opponent would throw a nice clean jab to the face. I can see this working as a "very bad" workout, but it wont do you any good in an actual boxing match. Also, the explanation at the end of the video is pretty much "yeah, you can block without seeing". My answer "yeah, if the opponent either deilberately misses, or constantly goes for body shots like he did here."

this is very useful, like if you get blinded by your own blood, or you're in a street figth the opponent may use your own shirt and put it upside down in your head how could you defend? see good stuff

to be fair if your practiced this alot i know for a fact you'd get better defence. you need to hear where there comin from too soi think this is a good technique. when your in a panic you might not be able to keep your eyes on your opponent. the guy who said hes a bad teacher and out of shape go take him on he'd bang you out no doubt.
