| I respect your opinion, but I disagree. I see it as an evolutionary design of the old Passat. It's still recognizable as a Passat- but just more updated and luxurious. It's a great looking car, and it should sell well. I hope we get a diesel here in America soon. |

| ok, that i can understand! i do see a little of the old Passat in this model, it is actually a good looking car and i do happen to like VW diesels. they run extremely well. It just needs one little thing that will set it apart from other european makes. Thats all. its a good looking car tho. |

| yup i have been noticing the same thing in cars... i was thinking about that today. I have this theory that car companies are thinking hey if we design all sedans to look alike people wont be able to favor anyone car..making sales even all all around for each brand. just an idea... |
