Bond is a more "made-up" spy character....The words "charming" and "artistic" prove that. Most of the events in Bond movies are totally unrealistic and dramatic. Bourne on the other hand is a seemingly simpler but very complicated character. He's more dangerous. A perfect spy..!

I still can't see how bourne is a spy. Isn't most spy work collecting info without causing a ruckus? Rather than car chases and beatdowns.

They need to make The Bourne Legacy although it's not a Ludlum novel. It would be an awesome addition. In the book, he learns about a relative from his past while being chased by an assassin and has to find out what the two have in common with him. Worth reading. It's by Eric Van Lustbader.
