Sorry, runner wearing number, not a obstacle. The person of wering #85(8th of vol.1/3), #104(3rd of vol.2/4), #95(6th of vol.2/4) are 2006 Japanese representative.

I don't know of any in Belgium...sorry. I live in California. You could probably make equipment yourself and train...or find club online. Sorry I can't help you much, but good luck anyways.
