| yeah a pitcher needs to be in the 1.6 area to be good. this kid's like 2.2-2.4. I think he was more trying to show that you don't need a leg lift to load and fire your hips. As he gets better with the slide step he will start to go quicker. Maddux has one of the best slide step/pickoffs in the game, and he maxes out at 86. |
