i own this amp and i have no complaints other than you have to buy the special line 6 foot switch. but you guys must be doing somethin wrong cuz i play it with a 61 reissue SG and it sounds AMAZING just took a lot of tweaking but i get any sound i want. first thing i did was rip that line 6 emblem off tho hahahah

This guy didn't spend the time it takes to dial in a tone. These sound terrible. Mine sounds awesome, but you have to dial it in properly. He didn't even turn up the Master on the Blue Crunch...

Just keep in mind people who watch this, the master volume is EVERYTHING in shaping your distorted tones on this amp. This video doesn't really show off how good it sounds because he is cranking the channel volume and not the master. You need to crank the master like 3/4 and then turn the channel volume up to like half for this thing to sound like a tube amp. Otherwise you are just whistlin dixie..

I have this amp and sounds much better than this. You have to spend a lot of time to get a good song, but when you do the sound is awesome.

This review sucks because he's got the master volume way down. So the amp becomes sterile and the tubes are doing nothing. He needs to turn up the master and turn down the channel volume....then we can hear what this amp really sounds like. Ignore this review. This is a great amp....far better than what you are hearing.

maybe on the channels A-C you really cant get the nice heavy sound and vibe from the tubes but when he plays the metal pre set he came up with on channel D, i think you can hear a nice vibe and good sound from the tubes. this is a really good amp. i play on one. i like them alot...

All you Biatches keep sayig he has to turn up the amp to 1/2 volume....my ears are still F'kn ringing for a week itdial in a tone. This amp and the 5150 will peel the paint off the walls (volume).

tubes. definantly tube amps are louder because they rely on actual tubes instead of little computer chips for sound. and they have a better feel to them too. and what i mean by that is that they get more gain when you hit the strings harder. tube amps are basically amazing :]
