Well she asked to let her off and she didnt. She grabbed her phone from her. I'd be pissed too. I probably would have just got off the bus though

Wouldn't it be a contradiction to punch someone in the face for going to a 'low level'/using violence? I think the bus driver went a little overboard, however, there are moments in a persons life when they will snap. I'm sure the driver dealt with this kind of behavior a lot. The girl can't expect to push and push and not expect a reaction. I don't mean just the girl in the video, but all girls and boys that abuse authority figures.
