And for 85% the time when he'd say it, it was true..... alhough i attended @ Oak Lawn Com. High School and I'll even admit it, they def. don't have the greatest athletic teams BUT, to me, i believe i had a helluva stand-up while in referee's position and that's y I'd alway say "I choose down sir"
and then, "Bottom man ready?" (nods head) "Top man cover" .."WRESTLE!" the....BOOM! (i'm out!) "1 point RED Escape!"

i wrestle at senn in chicago! im a freshy first year wrestling! its a great sport! i cant get enough! i wish i was as good as these guys! wrestling is my new sport! and the conditioning for it is brutal but its all worth it in the end when u hear the referee smack the mat and say pin! the he raises ur hand!! man i cant wait for my next match now!!!!!

wat do u do do you just do a regular stand up? cuz that is the one thing i am not really good at is from bottom lik i can get up but it takes me a lotta tries and i just do a regular stand up so any suggestions?
