There is no sensible party! And the bullshit arguement that "This is way too important of an election to not vote for Obama" is the crap that's hurting the country. We can never get a new party in charge because the 2 parties have a strangle hold on the government and every election is "too important" not to vote for one of their candidates, even if it's just like Southpark and you're voting for either a douche bag or the shit sandwich.

We have a 2 party system because we don't have a national election for president. Other countries have national elections and many parties participate. After the election they take the two nominess with the most votes if neither one gets over 50% of the popular vote and they have a run-off election. I'd love to see that happen here. It won't though because neither of our 2 major parties want to do that. Kinda sucks.

I guess you could say i'm kind of in the middle in politics, maybe slightly democratic, but I think this guy is kind of a d-bag. It appears that apparently the democratic party is perfect in his mind. Cenk Uygur was a Republican until 2003, and I've recently heard him criticize Dems for tabling impeachment and for backing down on FISA, but other than that you may be right. He certainly makes his attacks on Republicans more personal.
