| From what I have read in the last two years of owning my STi, the BOV is purely a mod to make the pshhhhhhhh sound. It is not likely to have any effect on performance until you have significantly modified your car and turned the boost up |

| I dont know much about STI's but thats not entirely true. Take a DSM for example. Stock BOV leaks even with the stock boost setting(10-12) and on a DSM you can go up to 15 psi on stock fuel. So in the case of a dsm it is beneficial to upgrade the bov. plus you get the pssshhh that comes with it and it always turns heads :) |
