Lakeside, Zapp Band, Gap Band, Rick James, Maze, ConFunkShun, Earth Wind and Fire, Prince, The Time, Luther Vandross etc. used to really PERFORM! Now you got the rappers walking from one side of the stage to the other with a track playing, no band, yelling into the mike with their whole hood on stage with them just standing there.
