Video was taken on 7/1/08 in Orlando Florida; between the morning hours of 0700 and 0800.
The Department of Energy is determined to change the times and the seasons by turning once blue skys into a type of white canopy. They are not being honest about their motives for the spraying, but they are nevertheless spraying us. You have to read between the lines, but you can read about their
