Her name is Kelli Filkins. What a stupid, greedy, heartless sack of manure. No one is going to buy a picture of a telephone. She wasn't the slightest bit contrite. I agree, she should have done some jail done. But at least $5,000 is a big enough zap to make scamming not worth her while. I expect the local police will or already have arrested her for some other offense.
